Mustang Creek in Partnership with Forney Mustang Creek's park and trail are part of a trail system planned by the City of Forney.  Neighboring communities will be required to extend the sidewalk that currently goes through our neighborhood.  The land the park is on is dedicated to the City but maintained by our Homeowner's Association (HOA).  Water is paid by the City of Forney and the Mustang Creek HOA is respondible fo the landscape and irrigation maintenance.
